Call this an aspirational blog, which we one day hope to turn into an inspiration. We think of this as a place to share our experiences in keeping fit yet sustaining the foodies in each one of us with healthy , still yummy eating, recipe swaps, restaurant loves, experiences in the gym or outdoors, in short every calorie in and out. We hope to emerge from this experience healthier, maybe even drop a few pounds along the way. If nothing works, we will at least have all the writing in our names, which we hope will be enjoyed by lots more aspirants!

Hi everyone!

I am back after a little while following a good vacation and some writer's block as well! Divya's entry motivated me to spring in as well ;) pun intended!

so here are some ideas:

1. How about a tip of the day item? I love reading tips, they are always fun!

2. This idea comes from the foodie in me.. post pics from great restaurants you visit/visited and rate them. I love reading picture blogs and I'm sure you do too!
